Viking Jr. Motel Saint Peter

“Took me a while to find a chair to write this review. This is as great a stay as one can get for the money down. No it's not a resort or anything, but it gives a solid place to hang your hat and get some sleep. I stayed last Summer. The one nice thing was the family was having a cookout and my father and I were able to join them and we had some nice authentic Mexican food. We talked a little and exchanged stories. The owners were extremely nice and courteous. All in all, that was a nice Summer memory to share with my dad.”

“The new owners are so nice! My debit card was having an issue and they helped me figure out a way to pay without making me feel bad. The location lost a star ONLY because of the construction. I want able to make a left hand turn to get to the motel so I had to find a spot where I was able to turn and then backtrack. Parking was convenient right outside the room-except someone parked in front of my room. The room was nice- bathroom could have been larger. The door to the bathroom was small. As a plus size person that was daunting. I would recommend either taller toilets or grab bars to make it easier. The bed was firm which I like. I couldn't hear anything from the next rooms. I was afraid that I was being too loud with my AC and television. Overall I would say it was a positive experience. Give this place a chance.”
